Extended Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns period to the 8th January 2022 for any orders purchased from the 15th November 2021 until the 24th December 2021.

Our Refund & Exchange Policy

We really hope you like every Smudge product you purchase, however, we will happily provide an exchange or refund should you change your mind providing the following conditions are met:

1. The items are returned within 14 days of purchase
2. The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached where applicable.

To validate your return and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), please email us customerservices@smudgestationery.com quoting your order number and reason for exchange/ return.

How To Return An Item
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

By posting it to:

Smudge Stationery Ltd, Ringway, Bounds Green Industrial Estate, London, N11 2UD

Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number (in case we need to contact you) are included plus any comments you may wish to add.

Until all of the items are received by Smudge the purchaser is responsible for the goods.

Please note that delivery costs will be deducted from the refund unless the goods returned were delivered not as ordered or faulty

Refunds
Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you that we’ve got it. Refunds take 5 days to process. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 7-10 days for this to be processed.
